I got to plow 5 accounts yesterday morning. Only plowed about 1" of slush. 3 were steep driveways that I plowed so the customers could get down to go to work, and the other 2 were commercials. The snow melted off by the end of the day at the rest of my accounts. I at least got to try out my new wings.

I didn't get any action shots either, but here's one pic I took. I posted a couple others here.

I still like that stobe/eye/finger/shutter coordination, SnowyBowtie! :D

LOL Henry.
I had to get some kind of action shot, the light seemed like a good idea!

Ryan- Wings look good, so does the truck, as always! I'm hoping for another chance tuesday!

T-Zab,

They are ProWings, just like Ryan's. I just painted mine red.

They look good painted up in red. The wings work that good though? Might have to get a set, who did you get yours from?
Todd

I bought the wings locally from Keonig, just beacause they had them on sale cheaper than I could get them from Northern Tool, otherwise I would have bought from NT.

They work GREAT! Even with that nasty slush, I can't imagine how I plowed without them! The only thing I would change is the rubber 'wipers'. I'll probably replace them with polyurethane or some type of steel-or steel reinforced rubber.

Just came on accuweather my Quad City friends. Maybe there will be a plowing this time.

Hey John does Northern sell the Prowings? I thought they might be an off brand or something. I remember flippin threw the catalog but not sure if there was a brand. Anyway hope for snow
(allthough I think Fred may be right about the rain) its 39 here at 9:30.
Todd

Yes, Northern sells them, they are the same brand [Buyers]. If you check them out online, be sure to click the link at the top of the main page, it helps this site out when you use that link!

They are $179 + shipping (~$34) I think they are around $215 all together, definately worth every penny!

I bought mine from Koenig too. I was going to buy them from Northern Tool but I figured I would see what Koenig was selling them for. Well, they were a little more than what Northern had them for, but they were cheaper if you add in shipping cost.

So you guys are not happy about the rubber cutting edges? Is there just not enough pressure on them. Also does anyone know if garagekeeper has them?
Todd

Garagekeeper has the U edges, which is what I'll replace them with, ptobably next year. If you buy a U edge, or any urethane product, be sure to go through garage or dino, as they carry the highest quality stuff, the other stuff might not be up to par. Just what I've heard.

I was actually wondering if Garagekeeper had the pro-wings in stock too. He is only a 25 minute ride for me and I wouldnt mind takin a look see at what he might have at his shop.
