So I'm stuck here, I have the 12 pin unimount and the plow only goes up will not lower or turn. I pulled the motor checked the filter and wiped it all out then pulled all 3 valves cleaned them checked for magnetic pull with a 12v battery they all have pull. I'm stumped all wires seem good I cleaned the ground, checked solenoid. The motor runs but the plow just jolts a bit that's it. Absolutely any ideas?

Have you checked the valves with a test lamp, are the correct valves getting current when commanded, and did you check the ground circuits.
Per what you have stated, my opinion is to replace the S-2 valve. But you do need to perform these tests with a test lamp, don't use a meter, or a LED lamp. Need to use an
old fashioned test lamp.
