Vertical angle of plow

Being a noob, I don't know much yet, so bear with me-

I have an older (10+ yrs?) Meyers E47 pump and an unknown (to me) blade; if it's a Meyers I don't know how to id it. It's set up on a 96 Bronco with a 4" lift(bought it that way). My question is about the vertical angle of the blade. As it is now, it looks like it's tilted 7-10 degrees forward- the runner brackets aren't square to the ground. The only way I see to change it is to cut off the steel stop block that it rests on and re-weld it, or used angled runners, but I don't know anything about them.

Is there a general angle the blade should be set to?

Mark the plow should be really mounted with the a-frame as level as it can be..
This lets the cutting edge stay evenly on the ground while angling.
Depending on what plow you have it 'may' be easier to change the plow mounting on the plow its self to correct the height.
 John...
