Look at your owner's manual, there should a lower quill that slows down the drop speed. Usually a screw, or a bolt that you tighten.

 

Thank for your reply. I finally heard from Meyer. Apparently the down action is controlled by a combination of hydraulics & gravity. There is no way to adjust the speed down. I would say it operates at 80% gravity. Not sure what to do. Probably should have bought the Wingman. Thanks again.
