I have a 1994 k1500,putting meyer e47 plow on it. Today I connected new switches and wiring now the problem i have is with the key off plow will lift, only way plow will lower is i have the key on, still wont angle left or right. Did i connect something wrong

Do the switches, at the center terminals, is there a jumper strip to send battery positive to both sides of the switch? Just saw the other picture.

Make sure the ground cable is making good connection, and that it is to the battery.

You have to get a test light out and see if everything is getting current when commanded.

Key on, there should be power to the centers, but with key off, no power anywhere, where does that wire go with the key off that has power?
