New Ebling backblade

Drove down to Grand Rapids on Tuesday and had Ebling and son mount it on the F350. They are some great folks to do business with. Wasnt sure what to expect when I first stopped in a few weeks ago. For a fab shop, its gotta be the cleanest I've ever seen. Landscaping aint too shabby either eh Mark.:wink. Jim showed me around a little. Drooled all over the big daniels blades they had sitting there. Was gonna meet up with Mark O but didn't have time. Maybe next time Mark. I'll take you to the art museum...

Anyways, this backblade is pure beef. Overbuilt everywhere. If it ever rips off its taking the back half of my ford with it. Controls are nice. Getting used to operating it but will take a while. It totally changes the way I plow. Pics are from this morning. I was concerned about scraping ability for being so wide but so far so good. Also can pull a huge amount of snow. With both blades down the diesel actually has to grunt a little. :burnout Learned quickly to pick it up before pushing into piles.

Next step is to mount my receiver spreader on it. Have a couple ideas :popcorn2

That looks great Chris! Love the setup. You get to have all the fun though. We still haven't had to plow once so far in the captial! Send some down our way!

I'm still trying to convince our owner to get a back blade for some of our accounts. We do a FedEx shipping center and a lot of factories with loading docks. Back blade would be perfect for it. Now you just need to get a video!

That's the funniest looking tiara I've ever seen. :wink

I almost made it in the art museum during ArtPrize, but the line was aboot a 1/4 mile long and my wife said the heck with it. Too bad the picture that won was in there.

Looks good, I know you're going to love it.

The comment about picking it up before hitting the piles, did you learn that the hard way?

Looks awesome. That thing would have saved me HOURS on an account we had years ago.

Pushing from and odd shaped compound with pallets and drums and everything else you could think of, through a gate to an open lot and around a corner to stack it at the end sucked sh!t with a straight blade.

I dont know why comm plowers arent all over these . Efficiency is the name of the game

Looks good, matches your truck perfectly. When i went to Ebling Mark used the "my truck wouldn't start" excuse.

Alright, I know I need one of these. I have one site where I know it would cut the time in half. I should have budgeted for it this year, but I didn't. I knew we'd be replacing the oldest v-blade with another white plow, and then I had a few other "investment" opportunities pop up.

I'm really itching to try one out - what do you say Dave? Now I'm hoping for a little snow - would make January a better month!

I will most likely have one sitting here waiting for you, unless it sells before then. You won' regret it.

First congrats Chris looks awesome on your truck...


I gather my Dutch friend turned Dave onto one of GR's well kept secrets and hes selling these in Grandholm land?

Chris if you do a Vid with yours will you try not to breath hard ;) someone else posted a Vid of one being used down that way and i didnt know if i should call 911 or check to see if i was on Porn tube... :D

Why do all the fun toys come out after i got Retarded from plowing? excuse me i think its called a retard ....

PS no pun intended on Grandmold we hate to be like indian givers but were giving her back our friends in Canada maybe she will run for office there god knows she couldnt lead herself to the bathroom let alone a whole state...
