But does it have an Erie Special Sticker?
Well it's got all the beginnings of it. I promised Eblings that I wouldn't change the whole thing. They have an awesome product. Have emailed and talked about some changes to the blade itself and mounting for the type of snow's we get. That storm clean up was the last push of 4 for the day. 14" total that day.

Heres's another one:

Using it as a back up blade ( listen for the pin pop at the end )

What the additions were really for Under Trailer cleaning.

Nice job that back blade looks like it works pretty slick!

How much of a lift is on that truck, looks like 4 or 6 inch?

I like that 9 1/2 foot V plow too!:D Anything done to that to accomodate for the trucks lift? Im kinda surprised you dont have him sold on a 8611lp or an 810:rolleyes:

All his truck run 4-8" of lift and oversize tires. He's hating the coil spring front ends though. He's been modifying the ears on the back of the Fishers for quite a while now with some custom plates. Course when they leave the warrantys already void.:wink

He's got and 8611LP on one of his rigs and he's getting a snow blower on it in then next week or so. The driver of that truck won't go back to the V's again.

Since he put the swing wing on he's hardly dropped the V other than to pile.

J, are you guys using the electric over hydraulic setup on there? Or is he on centrals?

I'd like to get one of these working with a Salt Dogg in the back - with $$$, welder and plasma, anything is possible.

Eh Dave, he's running of the electric set up. Not too many central units down here as they complain about the $$$ and the vehicle dealers here screw them and put PTO units on to save $$ and when you hit the brakes it shuts down unless they pay for the good ones.

Doing them central is a piece of cake and doing one with the salt dog is not a big issue however the location of the valve body to keep it clear of the spreader and the fact that the spreader is going to spread inside the blade. There is a two cyl version avail that helps create a spot for the spinner.

That truck is TUNED up quite a bit. It has fun with a full blade. The deflector will work on the top but sure adds to the load in heavier snow.

Said it's just as easy to go back and do a clean up pass at 12 or 14'

Already been done, although not with a Salt Dogg.

MCV, used to have curved moldboards, these are the latest model. From what I've seen, six of one, half dozen of the other.
