Another CT GTG!

Well at the last GTG we said we where going to have a first storm party/GTG.

Well here it is Jan and we have had record snow for the month of Dec. and no party.

I want to know if anyone is interested in Getting together I will start with Jan 24th Let the time and place play out......

You all know I would like a "lunch with a view"

I dont' care where we go, just not Hooters....I am getting a little tired of it. We did have one at Sliders once. That place is pretty centraly located.

I also suggested on the Mass GTG Thread that we hold a New England GTG? Any Feedback. Thought it would be cool meeting some new guys?

Matt, count me in..and i agree hooters is getting kinda tired..

that time we were at sliders was good...they have good wings and cold beer

the 24th...is that a saturday ??...no calender in front of me

Ya I figured it would be best on a Saturday Afternoon. Playoffs will be on too.

Valerie wants to know where that is in CT that you want to meet? Anywhere near Ansonia?

Sliders is in Plainville...which is roughly 40-45 minutes from Ansonia

I know of 3, maybe there is 4 "sliders" in CT now. But Plainville is the most centrally located I think

Alan that is about 35 min North of Ansonia...

We could always pick a place down towards Milford which is only minutes away from Ansonia if you guys were coming down. Route 1 is filled with places. There is a new Buffalo Wild Wings right on RT 1 attached to the Milford Mall too that I know of...

Don't know about the Buffalo Wild Wings by you but the one out here is INSANE!12-15 big screens and 20 some 32" flat screens,killer bar with tons of beer on tap and excellent wings.

Alan, you could always stop at my place and ride with Brian and I to where ever and your wife can jump right on Rt 8 and head to her friends house. That would probably be easiest.

If it is his first time....then go see howard or Scott in CO.
Trust me, that is where I learned to Snowboard. A lot less painful.

That is where I learned to snow board and I was a skier before that..

PS......It really seems like you guys are living in the wrong place???????
