My plow blade will easily go up and down and will turn onlyva few inches to the right but not at all to the left. It sounds like the hydraulic is trying to work but it will not turn. I tried a new fishstick but ran into the same problem. Any idea of the possible problem?

The ten cent piece of spring metal clip that holds the pin handle lever in place just corroded through and broke off getting the plow ready this Fall. Checked with Carquest and this little bit of spring steel that just clips the handle to the headgear costs $15? Kinda choked on that one and told...
