Western plow pump is bad

Hey guys. I have a western ultramount 1 3 plug set up that I picked up in the spring time for my truck. It wouldn’t go left or right when I got it but I got that fixed (2 of the valves were corroded from it sitting). This last snow storm it did good. I used it to plow for about 45 minutes. At the very end I put the plow on the ground to move one small pile and I went to lift it up to find it making a bad whining noise and it was struggling to pick up. It was doing the same going left to right. As of right now it is on the ground and will pick up if you try going up like 5 different times. Is this a sign of the pump going out? Fluid is full and there are no hydraulic leaks on the plow. What else should I check? I’m new to these western plows. Thanks in advance.
