He no longer needs any help, he called thePervious owner and got it straightened out.
He told him it was a bent rod for the controls and then in this short time frame he was able to fashion a new rod or source one and replaced it with a new rod. FYI

If it was closerd you wouldn’t be able to post .

And I think it’s fairly clear what I said I would just be using the same words again here .
There’s a lot of backyard engineering that needs to be addressed.
And you seem to be able to source parts rather quickly for a plow system as old as yours , good for you.

Home Depot 3/8 threaded Rod and vice.

When was the last time you took a picture and black bars on either side?
And the last of snow,
It had recently snowed in the ops area

Anyway he’s no longer with us so I’m going to close this out.
