I've got a MT2480 on my 98 Wrangler. Id like to get a warn winch and power it through the sno-way power cord. My winch use will be minimal at most with short pulls (I'm not a rock crawler). Amps pulled will be 200 up to 450.

Anyone know how many amps sno-way cord are rated for and/or the guage?

Thanks in advance. wep

Warn winch wiring is 2 guage and runs up to 450 amps 12v on the model i'm looking at. Anyone know if this can be done and/or the amperage or guage wire used on the sno-way (it's a 2480 by the way).

Thanks in advance, wep

The snoway should have a 150 amp breaker inline so you can't overload it.
