I just traded my 2011 Sierra 1500 for a 2015 2500HD.
I have a Fisher MM2.
The dealer GAVE me the push plates and wiring harness that he took off of another ‘15 2500.
The wiring harness that I took off of the 1500 has three plugs, for the plow hookup.
The harness he gave me for the 2500 has only two plugs for the plow.
They both have three port controllers.
I also have a Fish stick for the older harness and it doesn’t appear that the newer harness will accept it.

My question is, what do I need to do to use/change in order to use my plow?

Use the pushplates from the other '15 2500, use all the wiring from your '11 1500 except for the headlight adapter that you'll need from the '15 2500. As long as both underhood modules have the same part #, you should be fine.

Based on your description, I assume the dealer gave you wiring for a 2 plug fleet flex which won't work with your old plow.
