Couldn’t see any oil around the jack itself. Could the spring be adjusted to tight?
If that spring is not adjusted tight enough, the jack leg will sag a little, then get caught on something, then it gets ripped off.
All you have to do when you pull up to it is connect your harnesses, and hit the jack leg switch. If you are going to keep this plow you
should look for a used plow for a parts donor.
