Well i guess the moderators can lock one of the noaa posts no need for both.I think pretty much what they are saying is...they really have no clue.If the El Nino does come back and gets stronger that may come into play.But for now i guess we just watch out the window.

I started reading that and it reminded me of a class I am taking called "Research in Education " as with the class I immediately got a headache and stopped reading . "equal chances of precip" in the N.E. wow that must have been on heck of a calculation .

Basicly seems like there covering their but saying it could go either way this way they can say they were right atleast once this season...
