Just got my plow back from a mechanic. Still nothing works. When the 2 pin plug is plugged in, the motor whines Amd nothing happens. Before that it would make a grinding noise but not gears grinding. Super awkward movement too. Was building air pressure. Don’t think that’s too normal. I’m handy with a wrench but no mechanic. Any advise??

Yes to air. Fluid it to the max. New solenoid. Wired properly. Was tightening a ground on in when the pump turned on. Now the only way to turn it off it to disconnect the power.
@ 9k feet they got 4 feet. We got a foot at 6200.

Really, it’s full of air?
Not Hydraulic fluid ?
How do you know this?

The Solenoid is not wired properly or it’s bad.
If you say it’s wired correctly then it needs to be replaced,

and don’t cheap out and get a starter relay/solenoid.

Remove controller, plug in plow, does the motor run, no, bad controller, yes, nest remove the wires at the small terminals on the
solenoid, motor runs, no, problem in the harness, yes, replace the solenoid. Hopefully your mechanic has it wies up correctly.
