So, according to meyers ez-trouble shooter system online your options are the following:

B coil isn’t getting power (red wire) or hydraulic fluid is low it should be 1”-1 1/2” from the top.

i am not expert... just using meyers online resources.

I've watched videos on YouTube trying to figure out what the issue could be. I'm not having much luck what so ever. I've gone directly to meyers website, using the troubleshooting tool page. No luck.

sounds, like you need to get a real repair manual. I wonder if meyers has one for sale online?

I see... okay that’s cool...

are there any relays in the system that might be not functioning or wired incorrectly?

Apparently you can't edit your post. Is it possible for a hydraulic fittings on the end of the hose or on cylinder to be bad and not allow proper flow causing the plow to only go right?
