When I angle my Fisher MM2 2 plug plow right sometimes it won't stop until it either gets to end of stroke or I jog the joystick left and it's intermittent at this point.

Try a different controller.

I’ll second that, my MM2 was acting weird/herky jerky when lowering and angling one direction at Fisher Plow dealer they said it was the controller and it was like $500 for replacement! If you need one there’s an aftermarket place I came across Storks plows last year I paid less than $250 for joystick controller that does all the functions of the fisher controller . Here’s the site-
