Plow will not run functions !!!??

Power at the controller. I got a low read on the power solenoid on the plowside, so it was changed with no luck still no functions. Power is being sent went using the buttons. I can hear clicking but a low whine on the pump/motor. Not a full proper sound when working normally. Checked all fuses. Tested all fuses. Thought that it could be a piece of frozen ice in my block as it dropped minus 30 overnight. So it went in garage with heat on full blast 24 hrs drained all fluid and changed with new fluid due to fluid was a bit runny and needed to be changed. Still no luck ....

Also while cycling through the buttons while trying the functions the button number 4 right wing action was not clicking or engaging pump at all.

Please help 2 out 4 trucks are down in huge snowstorm snd our local dealer is unpenetrable right now.

What is low read on the power solenoid?
What was the actual voltage?

Meter on it while operating the functions will give you the proper reading.
Same at the motor.

Are all you battery, cable connections clean?, do not assume, make sure everything is clean, can you try the plow on another truck?
