Thumbs down Damaged driveway

We had trap rock put down on our driveway, the second winter the same people that plowed our snow last year plowed this year and removed 75% of the trap rock from our driveway. Most of it is in the ditch a crossed the road. Our neighbors were asking us when we were going to get our driveway out of the ditch. I called to complain and got no where. They are a landscape company also. I have bee told that this is preventable and I'm not sure if I should take this any further. We still had to pay for their plowing and didn't off to help repair it. What should or can I do.?
