Xtreme V Left Wing Won't Move Independantly

I haven't had any luck searching on this, so I hope someone can help me out. I have an 8'6" Xtreme V plow that is new to me. It's running Fleet Flex with a FishStick controller. I can scoop, retract, and angle the plow as normal, but the LH wing will not move independently with the lower left button. I hear noise like a solenoid clicking, and there is the slightest bit of movement on the wing (more a wiggle than actual movement), but nothing more. The RH wing works as it should. I'm assuming that the hydraulics are OK since the LH wing moves during the scoop, retract, and angle operations. I've tried position the LF wing throughout its travel and it doesn't want to move from any position independently from full retracted through full scoop. I'm going to borrow another controller so I can at least rule that out, but any other thoughts would be appreciated.

Thank you!
