    I like the idea of buying a unit already set up (turbo turf), to hopefully shorten the learning curve, but to save 3K. I probably is the smater move, hopefully sold a ZTR I haven't used in 2 seasons, & that can fund this move. Then onto my next endevor (see the thread I just started).

    Hey Mike, sorry about the delay, I didn't see the notification. Wonder if that can be made to pop up like PM's.

    Anyways, it should be OK, we have been using a similar one for a couple years with calcium.

    And it depends on the unit, some are pressure, some are volume.

    I always wanted a Turbo Turf, so I could use it for small hydromulch jobs\plow repairs, just never made work out of it.

    ha ha ha, who Hosmer, hell no. although the guy i'll be doing winter work for is a take no prisoner attitude kind of guy. at least all of his equipment is brand new, he doesn't like anything older than 2 yrs old. B&T Tree Service.
