Boss smartswitch problem

Just got a new to me RT3 straight blade. Bought a Chevy work truck this summer with Boss system already installed.

Went to hook up plow and smartswitch will not lift frame up to engage pins. I do have controller in float. When I flip the switch either way, the motor whines but the plow frame does not move.

If I manually connect the plow by leaving in float and pushing the frame up to connect the pins, The plow works fine and as expected. Just not quite sure what to look for. Everything works but the smartswitch. It seems to be engaging pump, but no action.

I ran into something similar a few years ago. Look into your large 13 pin connector on the plow side, make sure the #13 pin isn't broken. If it is broken, you will still hear a click when activating the smartswitch, but it will not raise or drop. It doesn't sound like the switch is bad, but that's easy enough to check with an ohm meter or continuity tester.

Still cant seem to get to the bottom of it. Flip the switch and the motor starts, but mast does not move. It's gotta be some failsafe not making contact or something.
