Fish-Stick Control Problem

Fisher 8.5' EZ V-Plow fish stick problem.

My Fisher Plow does not operate the programed angle in default mode.
The Scoop and V only works to draw the wings back but not forward
The wing mode works as independently controlling the wings forward and back on each side.

This all happened after the plow motor refused to work and only shorted out when trying to run the plow. I found that water was seeping in through the top plate and really gummed up the armature and bushings and froze it up. I tore the motor down and cleaned it up and sealed the top plate. Motor runs like new and no problems with motor and pump function. This is pretty standard with Fisher products, they are pretty much bullet proof and easy to repair and keep them running. I've sold, serviced and used Fisher plows since the 70's.

After getting this repaired, the plow controller is dis-functioning.

Does anyone know if there is a typical repair sequence to test and repair the Fish-stick controller? I've searched the web and read the manuals but have not found information on this problem.
